You have a personalised SmartPoints budget and it's up to you what to spend it on. By building your meals around delicious, satisfying zero Points® foods and making the most of rollovers, you'll never have to worry about running out of ideas or going hungry.
With Weight Watchers, you can choose to count SmartPoints, or follow our No Count approach. Whichever you choose you’ll lose weight eating delicious food that nourishes you from the inside out – and you can switch between them whenever you want.
If you count SmartPoints, you eat anything you like – nothing is off the menu. Using a daily and weekly allowance gives you the freedom and flexibility to eat what you like and lose weight. With No Count, you get freedom from counting, but you focus your eating on a list of healthy foods, and as long as you stick to these foods you don’t have to count or track them.
And you get a weekly allowance for anything that isn’t on the list.
