Keema Curry

A wholesome and hearty vegetarian curry that even meat lovers will enjoy.


1 onion, chopped

5cm piece ginger, grated

2 garlic cloves, chopped

1 tbsp garam masala

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp turmeric

200g diced potatoes

400g tin chopped tomatoes

200ml water

250g Quorn mince

150g frozen peas

240g brown rice

Greet yogurt

Fresh coriander



Mist a pan with cooking spray and cook 1 chopped onion over a medium heat for 5 minutes until soft.
Add a 5cm piece ginger, grated, and 2 chopped garlic cloves; cook for 1 minute. Add 1 tbsp garam masala, 1 tsp each ground cumin and turmeric; cook for 1 minute. Add 200g diced potatoes, 400g tin chopped tomatoes and 200ml water. Bring to the boil then simmer for 15 minutes. Add 250g Quorn mince and cook for 10 minutes, adding 150g frozen peas for the last 2  minutes. Meanwhile, cook 240g brown rice to pack instructions. Serve the curry and rice with 0% fat natural Greek yogurt and fresh coriander.
