Joanna’s Homemade Brown Bread & Vegetable Soup
1 veg stock cube
200g of white self raising flour
200g wholemeal flour
1 teaspoon bread soda, 1 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp honey
Butter milk, 1 litre makes 3 loafs
Pop all the vegetables in a soup maker and 21 minutes later your fabulous soup will be ready.
Soup serves: 5
1.Put your flour and salt into a bowl sieve in bread soda add 1 table spoon of honey.
2. Pour in butter milk mix it together don’t make it too wet
3. Transfer to a greased baking tin
4. Bake for 45 minutes at 175 degrees.
