Serves: 2 SmartPoints Per Serving: 6

Recipe details

Coach Zoe Sterling was inspired to create a home favourite for low points and set about creating this pizza base to reduce the points allowing for extra toppings to enjoy like your cheese and chorizo or pepperoni. It’s also a great option for anyone avoiding gluten. It’s best suited to a fakeaway night, when all the family want pizza and you don’t want to be excluded but want to see a loss at the scales too.

4 x medium eggs

1 tsp Nigella seeds (onion seeds)

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp rosemary

¼ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp black or white pepper

4 tbsps tomato puree (2 tbsp per pizza)

60g Low Low grated cheese (30g per pizza)

Peppers, mushrooms, or vegetables of your choice.
