30g grated half-fat Cheddar

1 tsp reduced-fat mayonnaise

1 finely sliced spring onion

½ grated carrot

¼ grated apple

Handful of salad leaves

1 WW white wrap

Sliced tomato

Sliced cucumber


In a bowl, combine 30g grated half-fat Cheddar, 1 tsp reduced-fat mayonnaise, 1 finely sliced spring onion, ½ grated carrot and ¼ grated apple. Arrange a handful of salad leaves along
the centre of a WW White Wrap, top with sliced tomato, sliced cucumber and the cheesy apple slaw.
