Carmel’s Sugar Free Granola
30g chopped hazelnut
30g sliced almonds
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoon ginger
1. Place dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add the spices and mix well.
2. Then add the wet ingredients to mix and stir until well combined.
3. Place on a large lined baking tray and smooth out, bake in a preheated oven of 150 deg for 40 mins, tossing half way through to ensure all mixture is golden brown.
4. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before placing in an airtight container.
