Weight Watches for men

Men are welcome at all of our meetings but we also offer ‘Men Only’ meetings. At Weight Watchers meetings, you’ll get a science based weight loss plan built upon nearly 50 years of experience. Along with the help and advice you’ll receive from your leader and the support of other men who want to lose weight too.

No food is forbidden
With Weight Watchers, you can still enjoy yourself. If you want to have the odd pint down the pub, fine. If you want to enjoy a meal with family or friends, go for it. By using our simple ProPoints plan to track what you eat, you’ll develop the skills to lose weight at a sensible, healthy pace and keep it off for good.

Our approach includes:

  • A practical, sustainable approach to weight loss that will help you keep it off for life.
  • Developing healthy habits, building a supportive environment and getting enough exercise in addition to making smarter food choices.
  • No required or off-limits foods. We do offer some “Weight Watchers” foods that can help you along the way, but the choice is yours.

Joining Weight Watchers couldn’t be easier. Just turn up, register and you’ll be confidentially weighed by your leader, given the ProPoints plan and an introduction on how to get started. Each week there’ll be a short discussion on subjects that can help keep you motivated, covering everything from health and fitness to clever food choices and beating temptation.
