Included in your fee is 12 weeks telephone support – our phones are open from 9.30am to 1pm, and from 1.30pm to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Also, if you wish, we will monitor your progress for the 12 weeks. Just return your Week 1 Progress Cards at the end of the first week.

At the end of your 12-week course you can get a continuation pack for €35. When you reach Goal Weight can then avail of our Free Maintenance Plan which will help you with your long-term weight management.

At Work Courses:

At work premium service courses are available for a minimum cost of €1900 or £1500 (Northern Ireland). This price covers 20 people for eight weeks. (Each additional attendee costs €95 or £75.
