Summary

Meet the easiest breakfast ever. You mix a few ingredients together before you go to bed. In the morning you grab a spoon and tuck in. Great for taking to work too. Oh - did we mention how gorgeous they are?

Ingredients

French Berry – No Count
35g oats
200g fat free natural fromage frais
200g berries (any you choose)

Greek Berry
35g oats
60ml skimmed milk
60g 0% fat natural Greek yogurt
1 tsp maple syrup or honey (remove honey for No Count)
100g raspberries

Banana Honey
35g oats
100ml skimmed milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp honey (remove honey for No Count)
1 banana, sliced

 

Instructions

French Berry
Layer the oats, fromage frais and most of the berries in a jar or bowl. Cover and put in the fridge overnight.  In the morning, stir to combine the layers, top with the
remaining berries and tuck in.

Greek Berry
Combine all the ingredients except a few of the raspberries in a small jar. Cover and put in the fridge overnight. In the morning, top with the remaining berries
and tuck in

Banana Honey – 6 SmartPoints option
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a small jar and put the lid on tightly. Give it a good shake and then put in the fridge overnight. In the morning, top with banana
and tuck in.
