Chocolate and Banana Puddings
Calorie controlled cooking spray
4 ripe bananas
4 tbsp cocoa powder, plus extra for dusting
8 tsp Choc Shot
- Preheat the oven to 180°C, fan 160°C, gas mark 4. Mist 4 ramekins with cooking spray and set aside.
- Blend the bananas, eggs and cocoa powder in a food processor until smooth.
- Spoon half the mixture into the ramekins, then add 2 tsp Choc Shot to each. Top with the remaining banana mixture and put on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes until risen and firm.
- Remove from the oven, let stand for 2 minutes, then serve dusted with the extra cocoa powder.
